Registration: Please work through your school counselor to
register for Summer School. Forms can be downloaded
below in pdf format and then printed.
Counselors also have blank copies of forms. Submit completed
registration forms to your school counselor who will
forward them to the summer school office. Fees must be paid
at the time of registration.
High school students
should enroll through their school's counselor. It's important that each student carefully
select the class that best meets their graduation requirements. Students may print and complete the form below and take it to their
school counselor for signature. High school students should
only enroll for one class.
Students please note:
Submit your registration form and a copy of receipt of payment to your
school counselor. Their signature must be on the
registration form. Counselors will forward registration to
the Summer School office.

Fees
may be paid to school bookkeepers.
High School Success students must complete the high
school registration form. Submit this form with payment to
your school counselor who will forward it to the Summer School
office. Be sure to indicate if you are registering for the High
School Skills Overview class or the High School Math Skills
class.

WASL Support Class
students may register for Math, Reading only, Writing only,
or a combination of Reading and Writing classes. Students
may now earn .5 credit in math for completing the math support
class or they may earn .5 credit in English for completing both
the reading and writing classes.
